A number of coffee samples are taken for approval, for example, from 10 bags of coffee, only about 2 samples are needed. Exported green coffee grade 1, sieve 18 must meet at least the following standards:
Humidity: Maximum 12.5%
Rate of black and broken beans (Black & Broken beans): Maximum 2%
Foreign matter ratio: Maximum 0.5%
Other coffee beans: Maximum 0.5%
Minimum 90% on sieve: 18 (7.1mm)
Packaging: 60kg/bag
