In freeze-drying, brewed coffee is frozen into granules, which are then placed in vacuum chamber, where the water sublimates, which gives the best of aroma & taste.

Freeze Dried Coffee is a high quality crystallized form of Instant Coffee which is created, as the name suggests, through cold processing.
